Conference fees cover meals, up to three nights of lodging, and all other conference activities. Airfare and transportation to and from the airport are not included.
NOTE: Conference participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations (Please see Venue & Travel for more information). Up to three nights of lodging will be credited on your hotel bill. Registration for the conference does not reserve your accommodations; participants must reserve their rooms directly with the hotel.

Add-On Fees
- Operating Executives can extend their trip to attend Sunday and Monday conference sessions for an additional $300 to cover expenses for participation in technical sessions.
- Those wishing to participate in the bonus workshop being presented by Navigate Management Consulting on Friday will be responsible for a fee of $350 if registered by Aug. 1, $475 if registered Aug. 2 - Sept. 2.
*USAV Integrators will be invoiced on September 3, 2014 for all fees. Members have until then to cancel without being charged. Please keep in mind that this will be the only invoice that Integrators will receive, so unlike standard meetings where Integrators receive post-meeting invoices, this is a one time upfront charge covering all the meeting expenses, including up to three hotel room nights at The Westin Westminster.
